RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
- In case, you are not happy with the purchase please contact us within 7 days of item delivery, we will be happy to assist accordingly.
- All returned goods must be in 'As new and re-sellable Condition', 'In original Packing' and 'Should not have been used or damaged' in any way.
- All our products are packed and sealed securely. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please contact us and we will send a replacement. Although, we recommend Please inspect your goods upon receipt of delivery. If they are damaged and require a signature by the courier sign for them as damaged and contact us immediately.
- Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 3 days of item delivery. Upon receiving our goods back we will either dispatch a replacement item or issue a full refund. We may ask if you can provide photographic evidence of the damage so we can escalate it with our business partners.
- After returns agreement, please re-package the item safely and include a note stating the reason for the return. All items are returned at customer's own risk. In the event of a returned item being lost we will require proof of postage.
- Return of non-faulty or unwanted items will receive full refund minus order handling charges.
- Any goods returned to us that do not meet the legal requirements under the Distance Selling Regulations will not be considered suitable for reimbursement.
- NOTE : Please DON'T reject/decline the delivery or DON'T return the items back to the driver at the time of delivery, this is not acceptable return process and it will delay the return/replacement process. If you have any issues, you can contact us via email after items are received. Customer will be responsible for the items if delivery is refused. Rest assure your return rights will not be impacted.
- If replacement item is agreed, Please consider that its treated as a normal order and will be sent within 24 to 48 hours.
- We may swap the item at the time of replacement item delivery so please do not throw away the item without discussing with us.

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
